Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

At Zustom, every item is made uniquely for you — which makes it extra special… and not returnable. Here's how we handle returns:


📦 Returns & Exchanges:

We only accept returns or exchanges if:

  • The product is received damaged or broken
  • The wrong item or name was delivered

To request a return:

  • Whatsapp us at +91 90 4155 4155 within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include your order ID and clear photographs of the product + packaging

❌ Not Eligible for Return:

  • Spelling mistakes made by the customer while ordering
  • Slight color differences from digital mockups
  • Products with intentional personal customization
  • Change of mind after placing the order

Refunds:

  • If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
  • Store credit may be offered in case of non-refundable issues

📣 Cancellations:

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them
  • After production begins, cancellations are not possible
