  • Personalized products usually take 2–4 business days to be made.
  • During festive seasons or sales, processing time may extend slightly.
  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM (IST) or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive a confirmation whastapp message and email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Options & Delivery Times

Delivery times vary based on your location generally it is 2 to 10 days and are approximately as follows:

- Maharashtra & Gujarat: 2-3 Days
- Other States: 4-7 Days
- Jammu & Kashmir, North Eastern States, Andaman & Nicobar Islands: 5-10 Days

Please note that these timeframes are estimates, and actual delivery may differ slightly depending on various factors.

3. Shipping Rates

  • We’re pleased to offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over Rs. 599/-
  • For orders that total less than Rs. 599-, a nominal shipping fee of Rs. 99/- will be applied.

4. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship within India.
  • At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or internationally. For Bulk International Orders reach out to our customer care team.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Whatsapp message and an email with tracking information. You can use this to monitor your shipment's progress directly on the shipping partner’s website.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Zustoms.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
